Measuring tips for Dial Indicator

A magnetic base is a most useful accessory for a dial indicator. Clams, or �?snugs ,�?permit orienting the indicator at almost any angle relative to the base. To reduce spring and flex in the setup, all overhangs of the support rods should be kept to a minimum.
