Induction of the New Waterproof Series

Tresna's water resistant Series Digital Calipers are designed for use in extreme production environments in accordance with the IP67 standard. Built for durability, the line features specially resistant materials in the casing and keyboard, and a fluid protection system to safeguard sensitive electronic components.

In the present society, manual measuring instruments need to be protected from dirt, temperature variations, and water spray during everyday use. To meet these needs, Guanglu has introduced a new line of Digital Calipers that assure precise and reliable measurements under difficult conditions. The line includes the new Series Digital Calipers .

The water resistant Series Digital Calipers are designed for use in extreme production environments in accordance with the IP67 standard. Built for durability, the line features specially resistant materials in the casing and keyboard, and a fluid protection system to safeguard sensitive electronic components.
The Series provides measurement capabilities over the entire working range with high precision and linearity ensured. Models are available in ranges from 6'(150 mm), 8'(200 mm) and 12'(300 mm). All models are available with or without a thumbwheel, an accessory that helps maintain constant gaging force. Also, users can select from two different depth rod designs. A round rod style facilitates measurement of depths with limited access, while a flat rod style provides added stability for longer measurements.

All calipers feature dirt wipers integrated into the slide, lapped guide ways, and hardened stainless steel slide, beam, and inside/outside measuring blades. Integral 3V batteries provide active use up to three years.
A unique reference lock function in the Series ensures reliable zero setting and prevents errors during operation. This function prevents users from mistakenly zeroing the device, an operational problem common to many other calipers.
